About the Retreat: The Soul Mate Retreat is a time to reconnect with the Father at the center of your relationship with your spouse. Focusing on what our souls are truly longing for and realizing just how possible that is when we focus intentionally on the most important aspect of relationship… Jesus. This will be an unforgettable experience for you & your spouse as you venture into a deeper intimacy with The Father & each other. It will be filled with worship, fellowship, friendship, and a whole lotta fun!

About Spooner Lake Island Oasis: This beautiful 'Island Oasis' is located on a 3-acre private island that is accessible by car via a private bridge.

On the front crest of the island, there is 1,000 feet of western-facing lake frontage and mile-long views across Spooner Lake (in Spooner, WI).  On the back crest of the island, there is 1,000 feet of frontage on a beautiful 300+ acre Tamarack wetland.  The island itself sits about 6-8 feet above the water and has over 200 large red pines, white pines, oaks, and maples.  Under all the trees, most of the island is manicured lawn allowing you to peer down the entire length of the island and see the beautiful lake views through all the mature tree trunks.  

The Island boasts an amazing in-ground, heated pool amidst a beautifully landscaped 5,000SF lakeside patio, complete with two hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen, lakeside cabana & fireplace, stone sectional with a fire table and outdoor seating for 75.  Additionally, there is a 35’x65’ concrete sport court area to enjoy pickleball, half-court basketball, tetherball and more.

In the summer, we have 2 docks, 2 swim platforms, and 2 lily pads as well as kayaks, paddle boards, and a pontoon and two jet skis.  The lake bottom is sandy, with some river rock areas and the shoreline has a gradual grade for easy access.  Spooner Lake is a fully recreational lake boasting nearly 1,200 acres.  It has multiple inhabited islands, a large community sand bar, and has some of the clearest water in northwestern Wisconsin.  

This property is the definition of seclusion - it is quite a spectacular, one-of-a-kind location! The Island property has 11,500 square feet in total and is a fully remodeled/new construction facility with a Classy-Rustic Design.

Cell Phone Policy: We will highly encourage you to turn off your phone for the entire 3 days. You will not be able to manage home AND receive all that God has for you if you are distracted. We have a prohibition against technology in public spaces. Please plan ahead to be ready to turn off your phone. If you must use it at all, please do so in privacy, so as not to distract other guests. We will have a contact for you with a phone in case of emergency.

Refund Policy: Refund policies are necessary as payments are already made out to vendors with non-refund policies of their own.

●     Registrations canceled within 48 hours = 100% Refund

●     Registrations canceled more than 90 days prior to the retreat = 50% Refund

●     Registrations canceled within 90 days of the retreat = No Refund

Online Forms: You will need to fill out the online waiver and special requests form as soon as possible to indicate your dietary needs and housing information. This will be sent to you upon application approval.

This retreat is designed for couples who crave more intimacy with God, deeper relationships with like-minded couples, and want to grow in the most important areas of their marriage.

This is a retreat is meant to give space for couples to pause, reflect, and seek the Lord together. While there are some aspects of specific marriage relationship activities, this retreat is designed more to seek the Father in a heart of humility and worship along the side of your spouse. The peaceful and secluded environment will help you to get radically honest with God, yourself, and your fellow believers, so that you can break down barriers that hinder you to live your most fulfilled life.

This retreat is designed for each attendee to connect with God in various ways. Whether it's through worship, fellowship, solitude, nature, or teachings, we have created an environment that will encourage you to be still and hear from God. We minimize the distractions in order for you to discover your own identity in Christ and to identify Christ in your marriage.

This experience will teach you how to walk in a marriage fully surrendered and devoted to God. It will allow you and your spouse to pause, reconnect, and find greater bonding and intimacy. It will also guide you in your personal and marriage relationship to hear from the Lord and discover more vision and purpose for your marriage and family.

What denomination is Iron Deep?

We are non-denominational and biblically-based. Even though our attendees might come from various Christian backgrounds, our program will be solely based on scripture.
